The guitar solo 12:00 to 12:25 is the absolute best, nothing comes close, except for Hendrix.
I was 19 now I'm 70 and I remember the first time I heard DSOTM. I was stoned out of my mind and It was my first experience with hallucinogenics. I finally realised where and what I was and where I was going. Man what an experience!

That bass in the beginning. It made my heart throb. It felt overdone but at the same time I couldn't deny the feeling it gave.

I'm 67 and I've been a slide fan since forever. I don't know how many times Jack size of the Moon has brought me to tears because it's the greatest realization album ever, except for maybe The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway. However, it's the best. But all Floyd's like that and it's hard to pick which one's the best. Animals is quite a buzz.
